It still needs work, but I'm pretty much starting from nothing and trying to get better every day. It was worth a try.

I shot this in my kitchen with one homemade softbox (still don't have access to light stands or anything..so it took some effort). The other SB800, with blue gel, was snooted (with a bandaid box!) into a glass of water for the background. I still don't know about the blue and red, but oh well. I was going to take out the ice, but I liked the orange-red color.

I haven't been able to completely focus on photo this semester, but I'm graduating in a week and will post as much as possible after that on here and flickr :).
